Resumo
Introdução: O E-SUS, tecnicamente conhecido como "Estratégia e-SUS Atenção Básica", busca implementar tecnologias para facilitar o processo de trabalho das equipes de saúde e de gestão, reduzindo o tempo gasto no uso do sistema e alimentando a burocracia. Entre as informações de saúde que se integram à Atenção Primária, a estratégia visa garantir que o desenvolvimento de soluções avance na adoção de padrões internacionais na área de tecnologia da informação em saúde, expandindo a interoperabilidade entre sistemas de gestão de saúde e outras áreas no município. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de realizar a análise de custo-efetividade da Estratégia e-SUS no Sistema Único de Saúde. Métodos: Serão utilizados dois Métodos: Realizar uma Revisão Sistemática sobre a avaliação econômica de sistemas de informação em saúde no Brasil. Nesta revisão, serão utilizadas várias bases de dados científicas, como Scielo, Embase, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, PubMed, Lilacs, Medline, e Periódicos Capes. A segunda metodologia a ser utilizada será a "análise de custo-efetividade (ACE)", na qual se prevê o levantamento dos custos de implementação de novas tecnologias da informação em saúde. Resultados: Este estudo está em desenvolvimento e ainda não foi concluído. Conclusões: Espera-se que este estudo demonstre que vale a pena investir na estratégia e-SUS como uma opção de reorganização, modernização e apoio aos gestores, profissionais de saúde e ao Ministério da Saúde no que se refere aos dados e informações dos pacientes, além de apoiar e incentivar uma nova fase de informatização dos sistemas de saúde no Brasil.

Abstract
Introduction: E-SUS, technically known as “The e-SUS Basic Attention Strategy”, seeks to implement technologies to make the work process of health and management teams easier, reducing the time spent on system use and feeding bureaucracy. Of health information that interface with Primary Care, the strategy seeks to ensure that the development of solutions advance in the adoption of international standards in the area of information technology in health, and with that expand the interoperability between health management systems and other areas In the municipality. This work has the objective of realizing the costeffectiveness of the E - SUS Strategy in the Single Health System. Methods: It will be used two methods. Conduct a Systematic Review on the economic evaluation of health information systems in Brazil. In this review will be used several scientific databases such as Scielo, Embase, Virtual Health Library, PubMed, Lilacs, Medline, Periodical Capes. The second Methodology to be used will be “costeffectiveness analysis (ACE)” in which it is predicted to carry out the survey of the costs of implementing new information technologies in health. Results: This study is under development and not yet completed. Conclusions: It is hoped that this study demonstrates that it is worth investing in the e-SUS strategy as an option the reorganization, modernization and support for managers, health professionals and the ministry of health with regard to patient data and information. As well as giving support to encourage a new phase of computerization of health systems in Brazil.
