Resumo
Objetivos: O objetivo principal foi avaliar o conhecimento dos consumidores de farmácias do Plano Piloto e dos trabalhadores da ANVISA sobre a regulação de preços de medicamentos. Os objetivos específicos foram avaliar o conhecimento das populações sobre PMC (Preço Máximo ao Consumidor), diferentes preços de medicamentos genéricos, estimar despesas mensais das duas amostras e realizar uma análise comparativa preliminar entre as duas amostras. Métodos: O estudo desenvolvido é uma pesquisa descritiva e analítica transversal. Baseou-se na aplicação de questionários para avaliar o conhecimento sobre a regulação de preços de medicamentos e os hábitos de consumo dos consumidores entrevistados na porta da farmácia e dos trabalhadores da ANVISA. A pesquisa foi conduzida por amostragem, de acordo com a localização da farmácia e com a área de atuação dos trabalhadores da ANVISA. Resultados: Foram entrevistados 105 consumidores em farmácias e 140 trabalhadores da ANVISA. Quando questionados sobre a existência de regulação do mercado de medicamentos, 51,43% e 87,14% dos usuários de farmácias e dos funcionários da ANVISA, respectivamente, afirmaram que existe regulação desses produtos. Sobre o PMC, o conhecimento foi de 20,00% dos entrevistados em farmácias e 57,86% dos funcionários da ANVISA. Apesar do conhecimento relativo sobre o PMC, apenas 01 dos entrevistados sabia onde os consumidores pesquisam o PMC, e 29 funcionários da ANVISA conheciam as fontes de pesquisa. Apesar do baixo conhecimento sobre a regulação de preços, 84,76% dos consumidores entrevistados consideraram essa atividade exercida pelo governo como importante. Conclusões: Embora a população considere importante que os preços dos medicamentos sejam regulados pelo governo, o conhecimento sobre a regulação é limitado, mesmo em relação às ferramentas de proteção ao consumidor.

Abstract
Objetives: The primary Objetive was to evaluate the knowledge of the drugstore consumers from the Pilot Plan Plano Piloto and workers of ANVISA, for the regulation of prices of medicines. The specific Objetives: were to assess the knowledge of the populations on PMC, different price of generic medicines, estimate monthly expenses of the two samples and a preliminary comparative analysis between the two samples. Methods: The study developed is a cross descriptive and analytical study. Based in the application of different questionnaires for to assess the knowledge about regulation of prices of medicines and consumption habits of consumers interviewed in the door of the drugstore and workers of ANVISA. The research was conducted by sampling according to the location of the drugstore and in accordance with the area of capacity in the workers of ANVISA. Results: There were interviewed 105 consumers in drugstores and 140 workers of ANVISA. When asked about the existence of market regulation of drugs, 51.43% and 87.14% of drug users and employees of ANVISA, respectively, said there is regulation of these products. About the PMC, the knowledge was 20.00% of respondents in pharmacies and 57.86% of the employees of ANVISA. Despite of the relative knowledge of PMC, only 01 of the respondents knew where consumers search the PMC, and the employees of ANVISA, 29 knew the sources of research. Although the poor knowledge on the regulation of prices, 84.76% of consumers interviewed considered this activity exerted by the government as important. Conclusions: Although the population consider important that the prices of medicines are regulated by the government, the knowledge of the regulation is small, even on the tools of consumer protection.
