OBJETIVOS: Este estudo visa gerar um diagnóstico do mercado de planos de saúde e/ou odontológicos, avaliando o grau de satisfação com os serviços e o uso pelos beneficiários, a partir de informações coletadas em diferentes capitais. | PÚBLICO-ALVO: População com 18 anos ou mais, composta por beneficiários e não beneficiários de planos de saúde e/ou odontológicos, residentes em diversas capitais. | COLETA DE DADOS: Pesquisa quantitativa (survey), realizada presencialmente, face a face, em pontos de fluxo, durante período determinado, utilizando metodologia estruturada para coleta das informações. | AMOSTRA: Entrevistas realizadas em regiões metropolitanas como São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Salvador e Recife, garantindo representatividade dos diferentes perfis analisados.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES: This study aims to generate a diagnosis of the health and/or dental insurance market, evaluating the level of satisfaction with services and their usage by beneficiaries, based on information collected across different capitals. | TARGET AUDIENCE: Population aged 18 or older, consisting of beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of health and/or dental plans, residing in various capitals. | DATA COLLECTION: Quantitative (survey) research conducted in person, face-to-face, at high-traffic locations, during a defined period, using a structured methodology for data collection. | SAMPLE: Interviews conducted in metropolitan regions such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, and Recife, ensuring representation of different analyzed profiles.
