Objetivo: Caracterizar o itinerário terapêutico de pacientes pediátricos com fibrose cística, compreendendo seu posicionamento nas Redes de Atenção à Saúde (RAS) e o papel da assistência farmacêutica no seu cuidado. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo realizado com 11 cuidadores de pacientes atendidos no ambulatório de pneumologia pediátrica de um hospital universitário do sul do Brasil, entre março e abril de 2015. Os questionários aplicados foram submetidos à análise temática. Resultados: Identificaram-se 5 eixos temáticos: (I) descoberta da doença e início do itinerário terapêutico, (II) burocracia, política e sistema judiciário, (III) assistência à saúde e as facilidades aparentes, (IV) interações sociais e (V) percursos circulares e as falhas na comunicação. Conclusões: Percebe-se um percurso circular entre o ambulatório, a farmácia pública do estado e as associações de pacientes. Destacam-se a desarticulação das RAS, a ineficiência da assistência farmacêutica e as dificuldades de comunicação.

Abstract
Objective: To identify the therapeutic itinerary of pediatric patients with cystic fibrosis, understanding their place in the Health Care Network and the role of Pharmaceutical Services in their care. Methods: Qualitative study carried out with 11 caregivers of patients treated at the Pediatric Pulmonology Ambulatory of a university hospital in the south of Brazil between March and April 2015. The applied questionnaires were submitted to thematic analysis. Results: Five themes were identified: (I) illness discovery and the beginning of the therapeutic itinerary, (II) bureaucracy, politics and judiciary system, (III) health assistance and the apparent strengths, (IV) social interactions and (V) circular routes and the failures in communication. Conclusions: A circular route between the ambulatory, the state’s public pharmacy and the patients associations is observed. The main findings include the RAS’s disorganization, the pharmaceutical services’ inefficiency and the difficulties of communication.
